We want you to be completely satisfied with your 2(X)IST purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear must be unopened and in its original sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
